These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Emmanuel Fradois company headquartered at 353 rue des Pyrénées, 75020 Paris registered in the Registre du commerce et des sociétés of Paris (France) under number 531 942 712 hereinafter "Librairie Ancienne Emmanuel Fradois" and secondly, by any individual user of the website www.livresetmanuscrits.com, hereinafter "user".
1. Application of general conditions of sale
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Article L 441-6 of the French Commercial Code and Article L134-1 of the French Consumer Code. They are available on the website of the Librairie Ancienne Emmanuel Fradois and can be accessed freely at any time.
The Librairie Ancienne Emmanuel Fradois may modify these Terms at any time without specifying a reason, without liability being incurred thereby.
Any changes will be posted on the site and will come into effect when on line. However, only be enforceable to the user terms and conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract.
2 . Presentation of services
All offered for sale on the website www.livresetmanuscrits.com objects are, unless stated otherwise, complete and in the condition described in their description. This description is accurate and allows the user to know before taking a final order, fitness and essential characteristics of the objects he wishes to acquire. The photos can not exhaustively define the state of the object, the user must therefore refer exclusively to the description is made.
The website also allows users to post comments on the blog and access to other users comments.
3. Order of contract.
The user, who wishes to acquire an object can either create a free account by providing the requested information or send us an order by mail, email, fax or by phone. All orders made by phone must be confirmed in writing.
To order online, you must:

4. Methods of payment
Items are invoiced at the price in effect at time of order plus any shipping costs. The settlement is payable to the order but will not, however, charged that it was sent.
Payments can be made:
- by check: it must be issued by a bank domiciled in France and payable in euros (€) to the Librairie Ancienne Emmanuel Fradois. It is addressed to Emmanuel Fradois, 353 rue des Pyrénées, 75020 Paris, FRANCE, with the order number and e-mail address provided during registration site. The order will be confirmed upon receipt of the check.
- by bank transfer: account numbers upon request
Payment in three (3) times without fees is possible by check for any order above or egal to 800€ (eight hundred euros). The user checks his ship by dividing the total by the number of deadlines and joining the payment order number and e- mail address provided during registration site address. The order will be confirmed upon receipt of checks. The first check will be cashed upon receipt, the following each month thereafter until the end of the monthly payments.
At the request of the buyer, it will be sent a paper invoice.
Pursuant to Article L 121-16 and L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the user has a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw without penalty and without having to move any reason. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, the object must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and under the same terms as those of the shipment (insurance, tracking). He may exercise his right of withdrawal by e-mail at the following address: contact [ at] livresetmanuscrits.com.
6. Archiving evidence
Librairie Ancienne Emmanuel Fradois archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable as a true copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code. The records of Librairie Ancienne Emmanuel Fradois be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
7. User Responsibility
To register, the user must provide a username and password in order to log into the site. This password is strictly confidential and the user is solely responsible for its confidentiality.
